Corporate Community Development 

MAHAPREIT is committed to the socio-economic development of disadvantaged people, and environmental sustainability to reduce carbon emissions and minimize the impact of climate change. A trust “MAHAPREIT Startup Knowledge Centre (MSKC) is registered to plan and implement Corporate Community Development programs. 

Various initiatives are planned for the benefit of Backward-class communities and Environmental sustainability:

1. Smokeless Chulah: To reduce carbon emissions and prevent health damage to women, 17500 Smokeless Chulahas were distributed to needy rural communities in Maharashtra. It has shown a positive impact on Women. Mahapreit Startup Knowledge Center (MSKC) will be distributing 25000 Smokeless Chulah through CSR fund support in the coming period.

2. EV Center of Excellence at VJTI.

3. Green Roof project at Tata Memorial Hospital, KEM, LTMG Sion Hospital, and VJTI.

4. Electric Ambulances.

5. Livelihood project for families of Suicide Farmers in Vidarbha Region.

6. Awareness and knowledge building about heritage sites and statues of historical people of India in the Four Cities of Maharashtra.

7. Mechatronics labs in ITI institutes for assured livelihood to students.

8. Automobile Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler repair training course for Backward class and other youths.

9. Personality Development & Health Hygiene awareness of adolescent girls’ project for Municipal School students of 8-10th STD.
